Hello to all MO members!
You all know what time it is.....MONEY TIME! It
is the time of year for you to help raise some money for the apparel
fund. Remember, this only works if you are proactive. This program
netted enough money to cover our expenses last year, but will only
work if you continue to donate! Email me
MOSACC@aol.com the name of your club, contact, address, phone
and total amount of pledge. I will forward it on to Bryon at Tags.
We had over 50 clubs/Judges donate last year. This fund helps our
athletes to look sharp and professional at the National meet. Each
one of these gymnasts has trained very hard and put in a lot of time
and effort to make it to this level. Won't you please help them to
see that you are
PROUD of them! Please join the following donors with your
contribution.

Introductory Coach Membership
USA Gymnastics is
offering the Introductory coach membership for all Level 1-3
coaches. All Introductory coaches must become safety certified.
They must also complete the Introductory Coach application and
keep on file. The form can be located online in the forms
section. This lower cost alternative allows coaches of Levels
1-3 with current safety certification to participate in
sanctioned events. The membership is modeled after the
Introductory Membership and is available for online
registration.
Here is how easy it is to
register:
1.
Locate the Introductory Coach
application in the Forms section at
www.usa-gymnastics.org, complete it and keep on file.
2.
Go to the Member Services link on
the website, locate the
register now link and then the link to register for
the Introductory Coach membership.
3.
After you complete the form, you
will receive your user id and password to register for and
complete the online safety course, which is $65.00.
4.
Upon completion and processing of
your online safety course results, your Introductory Coach
Membership will be released and a membership card will be
e-mailed to you.

Re: Level 4 State Championships
Thanks to all of the gyms who participated and all of the
gymnasts for a fine performance at the Level 4 State
Championship. We had 364 competitors, who represented their
gyms well. Thanks to all of the coaches for having their
gymnasts ready to compete as soon as it was their turn. The
capitol cup meet was very efficient. Each of the 6 sessions was
completed earlier than planned, which everyone enjoyed. Thank
you to the judges for their efficiency in scoring and their
pleasant manner to everyone. Thank you to the MO State
Chairman, Kim Fuchs, for all of her help and to all of the
volunteers who helped the meet run smoothly. It was our
pleasure at Dave's Gymnastics Factory to host the state meet.
We hope everyone who attended had a good time. You can find the
meet results on our website at
www.davesgymnastics.com. The last session had a nice
surprise. Jared Allen, defensive end for the Kansas City
Chiefs, was here to watch the meet and agreed to hand out the
individual awards and team awards. Our thanks go to him for
being so kind.
