2006
St. Paul, MN has officially been awarded the bid for Congress and Championships
2006. Great news! More information to follow.

Final schedule of Meet sites will be posted on the web site after our
Committee meeting on Thursday – September 15 in conjunction with the
Region IV Training Camp. The judges take the proceeds from the first
two sectional meets and they have already been awarded by the judges,
the rest are being awarded by the MO Committee, and are as follows:

MO Administrative Committee
Your Committee
will be meeting September 15, 2005 to determine meet sites and Rules
and Policies for 2005 – 06 season. Please let your representative know
if you have any thing you would like the committee to discuss.
All agenda items must be listed on the agenda prior to our Committee
meeting.
I will post our minutes from the
meeting following the Training Camp Sept 16 – 18, 2005.
Regional Clinics
The Region 4 Board met at congress and there have been some changes.
The Kansas City Training Camp will be open to Level 7-8 gymnasts
if space
allows.
(Must have made state as a Level 7 last year)

The Registration Deadline is September 1st.
If the camp is not full with Level 9-10 gymnasts on Sept 1,
I will then take the Level 7-8 gymnasts in the order I received
them.
I will be grouping 9-10 and 7-8 gymnasts separately.
There will be a head clinician on each event and you will rotate
with your
gymnasts. if you have both 9-10 and 7-8 you will need a coach
to rotate with each group.

The High Performance clinic
– open
only to Level 9 & 10 gymnasts that have been to Westerns or JO Nationals
is at TAGS in Minneapolis. You must attend the Regional Clinic
to be eligible to attend this FREE clinic. Date is October
14, 15, & 16, 2005. For more information click on the

Regional Meeting
Region 4 Board meeting August 9, 2005

Motion by Kim to increase the competition
fee that goes to the Regional fund to $5 with 60 % going
to the Regional Apparel fund.

Motion by Jody to increase the maximum
allowable state entry fee to be $65 for Levels 4 through
10.

Motion by Rick to remove the rule that
you have to attend training camps to receive Regional apparel
for Nationals.

Reminder: A club must participate
in a training camp in order to participate in the high performance
camp.
Motion was made by Kim to allow a qualified
Level 9 or 10 gymnast whose club did not attend a training
camp to pay to attend High performance camp if less than
60 qualified gymnasts are registered.

Motion was made by Kim that the fee
for the gymnast whose club did not attend a training camp
to pay double the regular training camp fee to attend High
performance camp.

Clarification:
All judges are allowed to attend all Regional training camps
free of charge. Working at a training camp is highly recommended
to be considered for Regional/ National assignments.
Motion: A $100 fee will be charged
for any coach at any level whose club did not attend a training
camp to attend the high performance training camp.

for 2006 are as follows:
First training camp will be Sept. 9-10
(second week of Sept)
Second training camp will be Sept 23-24
(4th week of Sept)
High performance will be Oct. 21-22

Missouri Registration Fee
It is time once again
to register to your athletes in MO. The Registration fee of $10.00
per athlete and your registration form need to be sent to Robert Tillotson
at 110 SE Carolina Ct, Lee's Summit, MO 64063.
Please make the check payable to MO USAG. For questions
concerning your Athlete Registration please email Robert at
webmaster@mousag.com.
PLEASE DO NOT TELL YOUR ATHLETES THAT THIS MO REGISTRATION FEE IS PART
OF THEIR USAG REGISTRATION FEE. THIS FEE IS A SEPARATE FEE PAID
TO MO FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGISTRATION OF YOUR TEAMS AND ATHLETES.
Deadline for registration of your team with Robert Tillotson , the State
Scorekeeper is October 30, 2005. After this date there will be
a $25.00 late fee per team (not athlete) for registration. If
you already paid by the due date and have some late additions there
will be no late fee charged.
Athletes should be registered to compete in any MO Meets. All
registered athletes will appear on the web site so that meet directors
can easily check on athlete status.
